Race-Based Discrimination & Harassment at Tesla Factory

If you are Black, African-American, or Afro-Caribbean and have experienced discriminatory conduct while working at the Tesla Factory, you may have claims against Tesla for race discrimination and harassment under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.

EXAMPLES OF RACE-BASED HARASSMENT INCLUDE:

  • Racist graffiti in Tesla Factory bathrooms such as racist slurs or swastikas

The California Civil Rights Law Group and Bryan Schwartz Law have filed a class action lawsuit in the California Superior Court for the County of Alameda on behalf of all Black, African-American, and Afro-Caribbean employees at the Tesla Factory from November 13, 2016, to the present.

If you believe you have suffered race-based discrimination or harassment while working at the Tesla Factory, please contact the California Civil Rights Law Group or Bryan Schwartz Law.

Please be mindful of your deadline to file a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and/or the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
