Race-Based Discrimination & Harassment at Tesla Factory

CLICK HERE and select “I’m Interested!” if you are or were a Black and/or African American worker on Tesla’s Fremont factory production floor between November 9, 2016 and May 17, 2024, who experienced race harassment and wants to assert damages claims.


EXAMPLES OF RACE-BASED HARASSMENT INCLUDE:

  • Use of racist slurs like the N-word or “monkey” by co-workers or supervisors

  • Racist graffiti in Tesla Factory bathrooms such as racist slurs or swastikas


The California Civil Rights Law Group, Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C., Nichols Kaster, LLP and the deRubertis Law Firm, APC are class counsel in the Vaughn v. Tesla, Inc., RG17882082 class action lawsuit in the California Superior Court for the County of Alameda on behalf of all Black, and/or African-American employees at the Tesla Factory from November 9, 2016, to May 17, 2024.
